Instructional Design
Below you’ll find a suite of e-Learning courses I designed and developed using the ADDIE and SAM methodology. My approach to this project was to do a thorough needs analysis and focus on understanding the content my SME was providing. I then blended his expertise with my digital skill set to create 4 online pre-requisites that technicians have to complete before attending the instructor led portion of the class.
